Terms of use

Platform terms for clients and professionals.

Last updated: 4 April 2026.

Marketplace role

Visa Matter is a marketplace and assignment workflow platform. It does not provide migration advice, legal representation, or government services. Advice and representation come from the professional the client chooses to engage.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for legitimate migration-related matters and professional participation. Platform access may be limited, suspended, or removed for inaccurate credentials, misuse, or conduct concerns.

Professional engagement

Any professional-client relationship is formed under the professional's own proposal, costs agreement, or retainer. Professionals remain independently responsible for regulatory compliance, scope definition, pricing, and client-facing disclosures.

Platform pricing

Clients do not pay a join fee to create an account or post a matter. Professional users access Visa Matter on a flat monthly per-user subscription. The platform does not collect client funds or run escrow.

Fee disclosure expectations

Professionals may structure their quoted pricing as they choose, but they remain responsible for clear client-facing pricing, scope, and disclosure terms in the proposal or retainer.

Platform records and moderation

The platform may retain account, matter, and workflow records to support operations, moderation, misuse review, dispute handling, and enforcement of platform standards and terms.

Availability and changes

Launch features may evolve over time. We may update workflows, standards, pricing presentation, and these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
